What is your Transaction Practice? |
| |
Our Transaction Practice provides consulting and assistance relating to listings, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and strategic alliances. We mainly focus on assisting Chinese companies buying North American and Western European companies and assets. Dominating the high end of the value chain, there is phenomenal value for companies in China to move further down towards the customers. Origo is the one of few companies focusing on these types of transactions. |
